Our Kids and Youth Boxing Classes teach our kids & teens self defense skills, work ethic, confidence, and discipline. We break down the basics of boxing and fitness and help our kids build athleticism and mental toughness to overcome everyday challenges!

Greg Loomis’s journey into health and fitness began at the Greenwich YMCA, where his passion for boxing led him to pioneer their boxing program. Through this early success, Greg laid the foundation for what would become Greenwich Boxing.Visionary leader in health and wellness
Driven by a longstanding vision, Greg established Greenwich Boxing on St. Roch Avenue in Greenwich, CT. The gym quickly became a local institution, known for its excellence in boxing, self-defense, and comprehensive fitness programs. -
